A return/exchange can be requested within 3 days of receipt of your purchased goods.
All return/exchange queries should be forwarded to email@example.com where details for the return/exchange will be provided.
Returned items for exchange or refund, apart from those where items are damaged, will only be accepted if the items are in their original state of sale. Any items not returned in this manner will not be accepted.
The customer is liable for the cost to return the items. We strongly recommend returned items are done so by registered/signed for post. We will not be held liable for the damage/loss by any third parties of any returned items.
Refunds/exchanges will be processed immediately with refunds credited by the same method of payment by which the original payment was made.
All item(s) which are claimed to be faulty will be checked by our Returns Team, who make the decision if a refund/exchange is granted. If a faulty item request is not genuine or falls outside of the return policy, then a refund/exchange will not be granted and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
